Week 6. Detox your mind
Week 7. Show up and be seen

Each week you will feel lighter—physically and metaphorically.

How is BARE different than all of the other diet programs out there?

BARE is NOT a rigid diet, detox, cleanse or meal plan. It approaches your life through a filter of liberation, love, and pleasure.

As you progress through the program, you will learn how to better care for yourself, prioritize you health, create time and space for love, pleasure, rest and self-care.
