What do you really want to do with your life?

This is the question I’ve been writing about for a couple of weeks.

The first week we addressed was how to figure out what you want.

Last week we talked about some of the obstacles to getting what you want.

This week we’re talking about the only real obstacle there is between you and having the life you truly crave.

Yourself.

And more specifically,

The things that you are telling yourself.

What are the things that you tell yourself that keep you stuck?

What do you say to yourself when you look at what you really want in life?

I can’t have that.
I’m not worthy of that.
I’m not talented enough.
I’m not smart enough.

I’ve said before that thoughts are just habits.

Habits can be broken.
You do not have to be defeated by thoughts that keep you stuck.

Challenge them.
Discredit them.

Then replace them with thoughts that will move you towards the life that you want to live.

I can have this.
I am worthy.
I am enough just as I am.
