BARE is a 7 part process that transforms your body and your mind.

What topics will we cover?

In a nutshell, BARE is a 7-week experience where you’ll be encouraged to:

Week 1. Clean up your environment
Week 2. Add pleasure to your day
Week 3. Exercise with love
Week 4. Eat with attentiveness
Week 5. Declutter your closet
Week 6. Detox your mind
Week 7. Show up and be seen

Each week you will feel lighter—physically and metaphorically.

The excess weight that you’re carrying will melt away. The weight will not come back, because with BARE, you aren’t going on a temporary crash diet. You are permanently reshaping your mind and your life.

How is BARE different that all of the other diet programs out there?

Bare is NOT a rigid diet, detox, cleanse or meal plan

it approaches your life through a filter of liberation, love, and pleasure.

As you progress through the program, you will learn how to better care for yourself, prioritize you health, create time and space for love, pleasure, rest and self-care.



Why is it called Bare?

This process is called “BARE” because that’s exactly what happens as you go through it:

You strip away everything that is weighing you down.

You go bare.

How will you be different by the end of the 7 weeks?

By the end of the 7 weeks, you will...

  • Strip away all kinds of things (old clothes, possessions, obligations, beliefs, stories) that are harming you, exhausting you, or weighing you down.

  • Stop hiding from photos, from career opportunities, from intimacy, from your legacy: the important work you were born to do.

  • Discover who you really are—what you honestly enjoy eating, wearing, doing, and creating— unburdened by all the stories about who you are “supposed” to be and what you’re “supposed” to want.

  • Drop the protective “shield” that overeating can provide, finding new ways to manage your emotions without turning to food for comfort.

  • Feel at home in your naked body—confident, happy, and free—just like when you were a little kid, back before anyone told you that your body was ugly, inadequate, or just “wrong.”
